My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and even had a surprising view. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't have asked for a better location; right by the beach and close to all the great spots in Newcastle. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, with a tiny view of the ocean. The service was exceptional, especially from James and the receptionist who reminded me of Amy Adams. The dining experience was nice, but there could have been more variety. A fantastic stay!
